VTU Class Award Rules

  • First Class with Distinction: CGPA ≥ 7.75 (or 70% and above in single attempt)
  • First Class: CGPA ≥ 6.75 and < 7.75 (60% to 69.9%)
  • Second Class: CGPA ≥ 5.75 and < 6.75 (50% to 59.9%)
